I began my recruiting career immediately after graduating from Cal State University, Fullerton with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing. For nearly three years I partnered with companies in Orange County, CA to help them fill high end technology positions. Clients ranged from start-up technology companies to Fortune 500.My most recent work with an IT consulting company kept me involved with business development and client management, but also allowed me to get hands on with many technologies. These include graphic design, web development, business intelligence report design and business analysis, among others.The combination of my recruiting experience, hands-on technical experience, love for helping businesses grow and general passion for and interest in technology puts me in a unique position to help job seekers and hiring managers.
