I was born and raised in Long Beach, CA and have spent the last 10 years in Orange County, CA. After getting my communications degree from CSUF, I went into the hospitality industry working for luxury hotels up and down the coast. After spending several years helping thousands of guests I migrated to the Staffing Industry. I have found a home in placing qualified candidates in jobs all throughout the states. I have had the privilege of working with top Fortune 500 companies to small start-ups. I specialize in staffing for technology, sales, and project management, and hospitality placement. In today's market finding a recruiter (especially when it comes to technology) you can trust is key. I put my clients and candidates I represent first and make sure their needs are met so both parties are happy with the outcome. When it comes to taking clients into consideration, I take pride in making sure candidates are not only a qualification match but a personality match as well.
