I started my career in the scientific instrumentation industry. I sold and managed a sales team that sold quadrupole mass spectrometers for high tech chip manufacturing as well as research, industrial, military and medical applications. After 12 years I decided to expand my knowledge base and chose a career in recruiting. I started recruiting with a small boutique firm that only placed sales and sales engineers. I moved to CyberCoders several years later to increase my candidate base and offerings to my clients. It's nice to be able to help my clients with all their needs not just sales positions.
