Director, Social Media Data Science and Insights
Position Overview
Our client, a major player in the retail/CPG space, is looking for a full time Director of Social Media Data Science and Insights, The Director will lead the social media analysis team, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance social media marketing strategies and improve engagement across various platforms. This role will focus on the integration of machine learning and data analytics to optimize social media performance and drive impactful recommendations and results.
This position requires 3 days on site in Needham, MA.

Benefits
20% Bonus, paid out in March (last year was paid at 125% and this year will be 150%). 70% of the bonus is tied to company/business performance, 30% personal.
PTO is generous (page 15 in booklet).
3 Days onsite Hybrid in Needham.
