Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and pro-active C# Guru that lives and breathes the .NET Framework. If you know everything there is to know about scalability, stability, security, memory management, CPU utilization, secure storage, concurrency, multi-threading and WCF then this is the job for you.
As part of our software development team you will be responsible for the architectural design and implementation of large program modules for our web hosted Provision software.
This is a highly technical, hands-on development role.

What you need:
• 6+ years of experience designing and developing complex .NET systems
• Strong C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and VS.NET (.NET 3.5) experience
• Strong OOA/D skills
• Extensive experience with Design Patterns
• XML, Web Services, SOAP, SOAP Extensions
• N-Tier development experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Extreme Programming)
• Database Design and Object Relational Mapping Design and Implementation
• IIS and SQL Server experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communications and organizational skills with ability to lead team meetings, gather requirements, and arrive at technical decisions

• Lead efforts to architect, build and deploy the next generation of applications
• Develop innovative products.
• Oversee design and implementation of maintenance projects for existing systems
• Contribute strong technical expertise to shape technology strategy
