What you need for this position:

3+ years of experience with: Business to business collections via phones and email Collecting large invoices from valuable clients for a sales or recruiting firm working with clients in a positive manner to ensure timely payment

Your background should include:

- Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully – our clients are extremely valuable to us so we want to make sure they are treated with care while ensuring they pay on time.
- Very good Customer Service and follow up skills
- Ability to write a great email with strong grammar skills
- Ability to analyze aging schedules and work with recruiters and clients on best way to collect past dues funds
- Ability to uphold sensitive and confidential information
- A solid and stable work history with great references from past and current employer(s)
- Some college coursework in accounting completed would be helpful
- Strong computer skills and advanced level Excel
- Ability to pass our background check which includes credit, criminal, DMW and education

What you will be doing:

- Making collection calls and emails while maintaining good client relationships.
- Collaborate with our recruiters on collection efforts
- Invoicing via semi-automated system and via manual data input
- Research customer account discrepancies
- Filing and helping with various projects as needed whether in accounting or in general office area
