Job Title: Senior Design Engineer
Location: Raleigh, NC ***hybrid/remote options available***
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 DOE + 401k w/ company match, discretionary PTO, casual work environment, etc.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program, 5+ years of relevant experience, and a North Carolina PE License

- Design of new wood, concrete, masonry, and steel structural systems
- Detailing of structural connection details
- Design of structures in hazard zones
- Design of modifications
- Provide guidance, instruction, and mentorship for junior engineers
- Conduct QA/QC process
- Review drawings supplied by vendors, clients, engineers, and architects, and perform value engineering
- Professionally seal structural drawings
- Continually improve design processes, design materials, spreadsheets, standard language, etc.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality structural drawings that are prepared on time
- Other duties may be assigned.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- North Carolina Professional Engineer (PE) License
