Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team responsible for managing electric construction projects for multi-family and residential customers. The successful candidate will have expertise in electric project management, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record of success working within high-level construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of assigned electric construction projects from planning to completion
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors while managing expectations
Ensure projects adhere to all relevant safety requirements and meet quality and deadlines
Create and update project plans, schedules, timelines, and milestones
Track project progress and provide timely updates
Monitor and review project deliverables such as work orders, invoices, and change orders
Facilitate project meetings and provide clear communication to project stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in project management or specifically working with electric construction projects
Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines
Analytical problem-solving skills and a focus on safety
Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment
