This is a full time/permanent position with a Construction company with projects spanning across Paving, Concrete, Heavy Civil, Highways etc. They have had consistent growth and are a very stable company and respected company with projects, so they are currently hiring for experienced Estimator.
- 5+ years experience as an Estimator
- Experience at a General Contracting company
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Experience on any of the following projects: Concrete, Asphalt, Paving, Highways, Heavy Civil
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Engineering (or related) is a plus but not required
- Manage Pre-Construction Process
- Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining a high quality work
- Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents and subcontracts
