Job Location: REMOTE - we have offices in Sunnyvale, CA & Chandler, AZ
Compensation: $180K - $240K base plus bonus and RSUs
Requirements: Silicon Carbide (SiC) Device Design, MOSFET, Diodes, IGBT, Power Device

This position will lead our SiC design team to further expand our SiC MOSFET and diode technology and product portfolio using best industry practices. This is a very hands-on position, the right candidate will need to manage the process and design activities as well as actively participate via TCAD, design of experiments, and technology. Responsibilities include:
- Own and drive 650V to 2kV SiC MOSFET and diode device technology development and roadmap schedule
- Manage multiple device team projects to address increased device performance, manufacturability, and reliability
- Foster teamwork with internal and external fab and/or foundry partners for process development and manufacturability studies
- Lead team to execute experimental design splits to improve device performance and yield
- Support AECQ-101 qualification activities for die, packaged, and module products
- Work closely with product engineering, marketing, and senior management to ensure correct customer metrics are met
BS in EE or semiconductor-related field (M.S. or Ph.D. preferred) with 5+ years experience/knowledge of the following:
- Demonstrated leadership in the design, manufacturing, and qualification requirements of SiC power devices
- Able to lead small teams through the full technology development and realization cycle
- Knowledgeable in industry qualification standards such as JEDEC, AEC-Q101, and AQG 324
- Hands-on experience in device layout, testing, and fabrication methods
