We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team and manage large-scale CIPP (Cured-in-place-pipe) trenchless pipe projects. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with knowledge of pre-planning, scheduling, and cost tracking for CIPP, and sewer infrastructure projects.
The Construction Project Manager will be expected to manage all project phases, from estimating and pre-planning through to contract negotiation, budgeting, billing, and closeout. They will also be responsible for quality control, monitoring, and reporting project progress and revenue.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management, experience managing contractors and tie-ins, and a deep understanding of all aspects of CIPP. They should be comfortable working in commercial, industrial, and municipal settings, with the ability to work with cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP)/trenchless pipe technologies.
