Position Overview: The Medical Negligence Associate Attorney is responsible for handling medical malpractice cases, including researching and preparing legal documents, conducting depositions, appearing in court, and providing legal advice to clients. The position requires a high level of understanding of civil litigation rules and regulations, as well as familiarity with medical negligence law.
