We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Superintendent to join our team for a ground-up podium apartment project. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in working on construction projects for multi-family apartments and will be able to demonstrate their knowledge of the construction process. The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for managing and working alongside a team of construction professionals to complete the project on time and within budget.
Position Overview: The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for helping oversee the day-to-day construction of a ground-up podium apartment project, ensuring construction is done in an efficient, effective, and safe manner. The Assistant Superintendent will use their skills in concrete, wood frame, and other related construction areas to complete the project.
